Crispy Cauliflower in Air fryer
Thanks to your air fryer, you've got crispy cauliflower! Spices, a little egg, and a little dusting of breadcrumbs and make the cauliflower even delicious and crispier. As an appetizer or a side dish, this recipe is ideal.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- Pinch ground black pepper
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- Dash hot sauce
Directions
- Preheat the air fryer and set the temperature at 350°F for 5 minutes.
- Combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, crumbled blue cheese, black pepper and dash hot sauce in a small pan and stir.
- Cut the cauliflower into 1/2 inches florets.
- Whisk eggs and water. Then in a separate bowl, mix the cauliflower florets with salt, chili powder, and garlic powder. And add the egg mixture into the cauliflower florets. Put the breadcrumbs into cauliflower florets mixture to cover the florets.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the cauliflower florets in a single layer. Then, set the temperature at 350°F for 7 minutes.
- Flip the florets and fry for additional 7 minutes. Serve with mayonnaise dip!
