Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Cooking spray
Directions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- In a shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Dip each chicken tender into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off, then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Arrange the chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each tender.
- Spray the chicken tenders with cooking spray to help them brown and crisp up.
- Place the basket in the preheated air fryer and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping the tenders halfway through the cooking time. Cook until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken tenders from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
