- 1 pound of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Directions

- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss them in the marinade until they are evenly coated. Let them marinate for about 10 minutes.
- Thread the shrimp onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- Place the shrimp skewers in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded.
- Cook the shrimp skewers in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 6-8 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are pink and cooked through.
- Remove the skewers from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
Recipe Note
- You can adjust the seasoning according to your taste preferences. Add more garlic or lemon zest if desired.
- Soaking the wooden skewers in water prevents them from burning in the air fryer.
