Ingredients
1 pound ground chicken
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tsp minced fresh ginger
2 scallions, finely chopped
1 cup finely shredded green cabbage
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1 tbsp soy sauce
salt to taste
12 (7-inch) egg roll wrappers
Cooking spray
Sweet and sour sauce, for dipping
Directions
Preheat at 360°F for 3 minutes
Mix ground chicken, garlic, ginger, scallions, cabbage, carrots, soy sauce, and salt together
Place the filling in the wrappers
Fold the wrapper until each egg roll is sealed shut
Spray the tops of each roll
Air fry at 360°F for 12 minutes (Flip them halfway through cooking)
