Egg rolls in an Air fryer
Place the egg rolls in the air fryer basket, then turn it on and prepare your dipping sauce. You'll be dipping and dunking with the most crispy egg rolls stuffed with a delicious filling in just 12 minutes. The most crucial of all? The ground chicken (or turkey or pig) does not need to be cooked before being wrapped in the rolls!

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp minced fresh ginger
- 2 scallions, finely chopped
- 1 cup finely shredded green cabbage
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- salt to taste
- 12 (7-inch) egg roll wrappers
- Cooking spray
- Sweet and sour sauce, for dipping
Directions
- Preheat at 360°F for 3 minutes
- Mix ground chicken, garlic, ginger, scallions, cabbage, carrots, soy sauce, and salt together
- Place the filling in the wrappers
- Fold the wrapper until each egg roll is sealed shut
- Spray the tops of each roll
- Air fry at 360°F for 12 minutes (Flip them halfway through cooking)
