Ingredients
- 2 ribeye steaks, 1-inch thick
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat at 400°F for 3 minutes
- Mix dried rosemary, dried thyme, salt, and pepper together
- Rub the steaks with olive oil on each side
- Rub the steaks with seasonings on each side
- Air fry at 400°F for 12 minutes
- Flip the steaks halfway through cooking
- Let the steaks rest for about 10 minutes
- Mix melted butter, garlic clove, fresh basil, and fresh parsley together
- Top with the garlic butter
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper
