Ingredients
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
½ tsp dried parsley
2 slices of bread
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Heat up the pan on medium heat
Spray with olive oil
Saute the garlic for 3 minutes
Add in mushrooms and saute for 5 minutes
Add dried parsley, salt and pepper. Then saute for another 3 minutes
Toast the bread
In a medium bowl, add the yogurt, pepper and salt, then mix well.
