Ingredients
2 large chicken breasts
1 large egg
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp parmesan cheese or more
1 tsp finely minced garlic
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup marinara sauce
4 oz mozzarella cheese
Directions
Mix the egg, salt and pepper then whisk together.
Combine bread crumbs, Italian seasonings, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt and pepper.
Pat dry the chicken using a paper towel. Then, soak the chicken into the egg mixture and transfer the breast to the bread crumbs to coat on both sides.
Preheat the air fryer at 360°F for 3 minutes.
Put the breast on the air fryer basket and air fry for 6 minutes at the same temperature (360°F)
Flip the breast and cook the other side for additional 2 minutes.
Spread marinara sauce over the chicken. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and cook for 2 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
