Do you have a hankering for carnival fare? You can make fried Oreos® at home with just three ingredients and an air fryer.

Fried Oreo in an Air fryer

Ingredients

  • ½ cup complete pancake mix
  • ⅓ cup water
  • Cooking spray
  • 9 Oreo
  • 1 tsp confectioners' sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat at 400℉ for 5 minutes
  2. Pancake mix & water, mix them until well combined
  3. Line with parchment paper
  4. Spray with nonstick cooking spray
  5. Dip each cookie into the pancake mixture
  6. Place in the basket separately
  7. Air fry at 400ºF for 4 minutes
  8. Flip and cook another 3 minutes
  9. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar
