Air Fryer Apple Pies
Mini hand pies topped with a sweet powdered sugar glaze and filled with a buttery apple-cinnamon mixture. In an air fryer, they bake in less than 10 minutes.

Ingredients
- 2 apples, diced
- 4 tbsp butter
- 6 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 package puff pastry sheets
- ½ tbsp olive oil
Directions
- Combine diced apples, butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a non-stick skillet
- Cook over medium heat until apples are soft, about 5 minutes
- Cut a sheet into 8 rectangle pieces
- Place some of the cooled apple filling on a rectangle piece
- Wet the outer edges with water
- Place another rectangle piece on the top of filling
- Crimp the edges with a fork to seal
- Cut 4 small slits in the tops of the pies
- Spray with cooking spray
- Brush the top of pies with olive oil
- Air fry at 350°F for 5 minutes
- Flip the pies, brush with olive oil, and cook for another 5 minutes
