These Air Fryer Avocado Fries are delicious served with a simple spicy ranch dip and are perfectly crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside.

Ingredients
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs, whisked
- salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits
Slice each half into 5 slices, lengthwise
Peel each slice
Mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese together
Dip the avocado slices in egg
Coat with breadcrumbs and cheese mixture
Spray with olive oil
Air fry at 350°F for 3 minutes
Flip the slices and cook for another 3 minutes
Sprinkle with salt and pepper
