Air Fryer Pork Chop
We don't get too excited about pork chops most of the time. They are frequently overdone, resulting in a dry, sad, and flavorless product. Everything changes with the air fryer. These are coated in Parmesan and spices for the perfect crust, and the quick cooking time in the air fryer prevents them from drying out. Dinner is ready in an instant.

Ingredients
- 2 boneless pork chops
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
- Preheat at 375°F for 3 minutes
- Pat pork chops dry with paper towels
- Rub the chops with olive oil, salt and pepper to coat
- Mix Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper together
- Coat both sides with seasoning mixture
- Air fry at 375°F for 10 minutes (Flip halfway through cooking)
