Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated white sugar
1/3 cup light brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup salted butter, melted
1 large egg
2 bananas, mashed
1/2 cup oats
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp ground cinnamon
For the muffins
For the toppings
Directions
Preheat at 350°F for 3 minutes
Combine flour and baking powder
Mix white sugar, brown sugar and salted butter, then whisk to cream
Mix egg and vanilla
Add mashed banana into the butter mixture, and then mix well
Pour the butter mixture into the flour mixture and then mix well
Spoon the batter into muffin cups
Mix oats, cinnamon and unsalted butter
Top the batter with oats crumbs
Air fry at 350°F for 10 minutes
