Ingredients
- 4 cups cubed white bread, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 5 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
Directions
- Preheat at 350°F for 3 minutes
- Mix eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon and salt
- Add butter to the mixture and stir
- Spray the cake tin with cooking spray
- Spread half the bread cubes
- Sprinkle half the raisins
- Pour half the egg mixture evenly on top
- Repeat process
- Gently press the bread
- Air fry at 350°F for 15 minutes
- Top with powdered sugar
