These coconut macaroons are soft and chewy on the inside and crisp and golden on the outside.
Ingredients

1 bag (14 oz) flaked coconut
-
1 cup condensed milk
-
1 tsp vanilla extract

2 large egg whites
-
1/4 tsp salt
-
4 oz chocolate, chopped
Directions
Preheat at 325°F for 3 minutes
Mix coconut, milk, vanilla extract
Beat the egg whites
Fold the egg whites into the coconut mixture
Scoop out the coconut mixture
Air fry at 325°F for 20-25 minutes
Melt the chocolate
Dip the bottoms of the biscuits in the chocolate
Refrigerate for about 10 minutes
