Ingredients
- 1 bag (14 oz) flaked coconut
- 1 cup condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large egg whites
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 oz chocolate, chopped
Directions
- Preheat at 325°F for 3 minutes
- Mix coconut, milk, vanilla extract
- Beat the egg whites
- Fold the egg whites into the coconut mixture
- Scoop out the coconut mixture
- Air fry at 325°F for 20-25 minutes
- Melt the chocolate
- Dip the bottoms of the biscuits in the chocolate
- Refrigerate for about 10 minutes
