These coconut macaroons are soft and chewy on the inside and crisp and golden on the outside.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (14 oz) flaked coconut
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 oz chocolate, chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat at 325°F for 3 minutes
  2. Mix coconut, milk, vanilla extract
  3. Beat the egg whites
  4. Fold the egg whites into the coconut mixture
  5. Scoop out the coconut mixture
  6. Air fry at 325°F for 20-25 minutes
  7. Melt the chocolate
  8. Dip the bottoms of the biscuits in the chocolate
  9. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes
