Ingredients
2 medium russet potatoes, scrubbed
1 cup milk
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped broccoli florets
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp paprika
Directions
Pierce potatoes all over with a fork
Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt on the potatoes
Rub to coat
Air fry at 350°F for 25-35 minutes
Flip halfway through cooking
Meanwhile, let's make the broccoli topping
Whisk milk and flour until smooth
Cook over medium-high heat, and constantly stir until smooth
Mix Cheddar cheese, broccoli, salt, and paprika
Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise
Top with broccoli mixture
Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese
Air fry at 350°F for 5 minutes
