Ingredients
16 oz chicken breast
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp barbecue sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
½ green pepper, sliced
½ red pepper, sliced
½ yellow pepper, sliced
½ zucchini, sliced
¼ red onion, sliced
4-5 grape tomatoes
Directions
Cut the chicken breast into 1-inch cubes.
Combine soy sauce, barbecue sauce, salt, and pepper.
Coat the chicken breast with the seasoning mixture.
Marinate for at least one hour in the refrigerator.
Thread chicken cubes onto a skewer.
Layer with peppers, zucchini, and onions.
Top each skewer with a grape tomato.
Place the skewers on a grill rack.
Spray with olive oil.
Air fry at 350°F for 10 minutes.
Flip the skewers and cook for another 7-10 minutes.
