Ingredients

  • 4 ears of fresh yellow corn, silks removed
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup salted butter, softened
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat at 400°F for 5 minutes.
  2. Brush corn with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle with salt.
  4. Air fry at 400°F for 14 minutes.
  5. Flip halfway through cooking.
