Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale, stemmed, washed, and patted dry
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice into kale
- Mix Parmesan, Kosher salt and black pepper in the bowl
- Place the kale in the basket
- Air fry at 350°F for 3-5 minutes
- Cool in a single layer
