Ingredients
¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup sugar
⅓ cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking soda
2 oz chocolate, melted
5 oreo cookies
20 candy eyes
Directions
In a large bowl add the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar.
Beat until smooth and creamy. Then, add eggs, vanilla extract, salt, baking soda and half of the flour and mix.
Add the remaining half of the flour and mix well.
Scoop out the dough and gently roll each into a ball
Flatten each ball into a flat disc.
Put the cookie dough in the air fryer at 350℉ for 6-8 minutes.
Remove the cream filling from Oreos
Cut each oreo cookie in half
Get the cooked cookie dough from the Air fryer and drop a little melted chocolate on the center of cookies. Then, attach two oreo halves.
Attach candy eyes using the oreo cream filling
