Ingredients
1 sweet potato, peeled
1 beetroot, peeled
1 zucchini
1 carrot
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
pinch of cumin
Directions
Preheat at 320°F for 3 minutes
Slice the sweet potato, about 1/16-inch thick
Soak the slices for 30 minutes
Slice beet, zucchini, and carrot
Dry the sweet potato slices with paper towels
Mix sweet potato, beet, zucchini, carrot, olive oil, salt, pepper, and cumin.
Place the veggies in a single layer
Air fry at 320°F for 20-30 minutes
Flip the veggies every 5 minutes until crispy
