A stir fry is one of our favorite foods to create from scratch. We vary the sauces and vegetables we use frequently, but one thing remains constant: we adore preparing them in my air fryer. And it was there that this Air Fryer Orange Chicken was created.

Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- Zest of one orange
- 2 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tsp water
Directions
- Preheat at 400°F for 3 minutes
- Cut the chicken into little cubes
- Mix chicken cubes, cornstash in a bowl
- Air fry at 400°F for 7-9 minutes
- Shake the basket halfway through cooking
- Add orange juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice, ground ginger, orange zest to a pan
- Combine on medium heat and shimmer for 5 minutes
- Add cornstarch water to the pan and stir for 1 minute
- Remove from heat
- Combine chicken cubes with sauce
