Ingredients
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp cornstarch
FOR THE ORANGE SAUCE
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp ground ginger
Zest of one orange
2 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tsp water
Directions
Preheat at 400°F for 3 minutes
Cut the chicken into little cubes
Mix chicken cubes, cornstash in a bowl
Air fry at 400°F for 7-9 minutes
Shake the basket halfway through cooking
Add orange juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice, ground ginger, orange zest to a pan
Combine on medium heat and shimmer for 5 minutes
Add cornstarch water to the pan and stir for 1 minute
