Ingredients
- 7 large jalapeñoes
- 6 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- ¾ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 14 strips bacon
Directions
- Preheat at 325℉ for 5 minutes
- Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise
- Scoop out the seeds and membrane
- Cream cheese/cheddar cheese/salt/pepper, mix them with a rubber spatula
- Transfer to a piping bag
- Fill the paste mixure into each jalapeño half
- Wrap each jalapeno in 1 strip of bacon
- Air fry at 325ºF for 10 minutes
