Making Frittatas are easy to make if you have a cake pan that fits in your air fryer basket. To avoid the frittata stick to the cake pan, ๐ ๐๐ฃ๐๐ก๐ฎ ๐ฅ๐ช๐ฉ ๐ ๐ฅ๐๐ง๐๐๐ข๐๐ฃ๐ฉ ๐ฅ๐๐ฅ๐๐ง in the line bottom of the pan. Just follow these easy steps on how to make Breakfast Frittata using an air fryer.

Ingredients
- 1/4 pound breakfast sausage, fully cooked and crumbled
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar-Monterey Jack Cheese blend
- 2 tablespoon red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
- Cooking spray
Directions
- Chopped red bell pepper (good for 2 tbsp), and 1 green onion then, set aside.
- In a medium heat pan, put the 1/4 oz breakfast sausage and keep on crumbling until fully cooked and crumbled.
- In a large bowl, crack 4 eggs. Then, add the fully cooked breakfast sausage, 1/2 cup Cheddar-monterey jack cheese blend, chopped 2 tbsp red bell pepper, chopped green onion, and 1 pinch of cayenne pepper into the eggs then mix to combine.
- Preheat the air fryer to 360ยฐF and spray a nonstick 6x2-inch cake pan with cooking spray then pour the mixture of frittata.
- Then, put it in an air fryer then cook for 20 minutes. And after 20 minutes of cooking, put the frittata in a plate and slice into 4.
