Ingredients
4 oranges
2 pcs of white chocolate
1/8 lb cane sugar
1 lemon
salt, to taste
Directions
Put the oranges into a bowl, add water and salt to scrub the oranges clean
Cut the washed oranges into thin slices of about 3mm, taking only the middle part and removing the seeds
Add sugar and lemon juice to the orange slices and marinate for 10 minutes
Lay the marinated orange slices on the tray and put them into dehydrator at 149°F for 8 hours
Remove the dried orange slices from the oven and let them cool while you melt white chocolate over water
When the white chocolate is solid, you can enjoy it
